FAQ — Corrugated Box Manufacturer Bawana Delhi
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything manufacturers need to know before ordering corrugated or duplex packaging from Khazana Box Products, Bawana, New Delhi.
what ply do I needpackaging delivery Rajasthanwindow patching boxescorrugated vs duplex
What is the minimum order quantity for corrugated boxes from Khazana Box Products?
There is no fixed minimum — it depends on your box size and specification. For standard sizes, we typically work from 500 pieces upward. Custom sizes or new die jobs may require a higher quantity to cover tooling costs. WhatsApp us your requirements for a confirmed minimum on your specific job.
What ply corrugated box do I need for heavy industrial products like hand tools?
3 ply suits lightweight products up to 5 kg — hosiery, food packs, small consumer goods. 5 ply is the standard for industrial products, hand tools, and appliances in the 5–20 kg range. 7 ply is used for heavy machinery parts, cable drums, and items needing maximum stacking strength. Share your product weight and we’ll confirm the right ply.
Do you supply corrugated boxes outside Delhi — in Rajasthan, Nagaur, Nokha, Bhilwara?
Yes. We actively supply to manufacturers in Nagaur, Nokha, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Pali, and Bhilwara in Rajasthan, and have clients in Chennai as well. Many of our Rajasthan clients are in industrial towns where local corrugated box supply simply doesn’t exist — which is the core reason they work with us. Our reach is pan-India.
How long does it take to manufacture and deliver custom printed corrugated boxes?
Repeat orders with existing dies: 2–3 working days. New orders with existing die sizes: 3–5 working days. New custom sizes requiring a new die: 7–10 working days. Add 1–2 transit days for Rajasthan delivery. We recommend placing orders at least 10 working days before your packaging deadline.
What is window patching in packaging boxes?
Window patching is a process where a die-cut hole is made in the box face and a transparent PET or OPP film is glued over it, letting consumers see the product without opening the box. It is commonly used for bangles, jewellery, toys, and retail consumer goods where the product drives the purchase. We handle window patching in-house at our Bawana plant.
What is the difference between corrugated and duplex boxes?
Corrugated boxes have a fluted (wavy) middle layer sandwiched between flat liner sheets — giving them strength, cushioning, and load-bearing capacity. Used for industrial shipping and transport. Duplex boxes are made from solid duplex board with no fluting — lighter, smoother print surface, and ideal for retail packaging. We manufacture both at our Bawana plant.
Do you accept printing job work from other box manufacturers in Delhi?
Yes. We regularly take 2-colour offset printing, lamination, die cutting, and window patching job work from other packaging manufacturers and trade buyers in Delhi NCR. Our Heidelberg press is open for trade customers. Contact us with your sheet size, colour requirement, and quantity for a job work quote.
Can I get boxes made to a specific size I already use?
Yes. All our boxes are made to your exact dimensions — length, width, and height. Share your inner measurements or send a sample box and we’ll match it. We do not manufacture from a fixed catalogue. If a dimension adjustment can reduce your material cost, our team will advise.
