These Terms govern enquiries, quotations, and orders placed with Khazana Box Products. By submitting an enquiry or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise in the quote. Pricing is subject to change after that period based on raw material costs.
Orders are confirmed only after we receive a written confirmation (WhatsApp, email, or PO) and any required advance payment. Production begins after confirmation.
Boxes are produced to the specifications you confirm in writing (dimensions, ply, GSM, printing, lamination, etc.). Variation in dimensions of approximately +/- 3 mm is standard for corrugated production.
Payment terms are agreed at the time of order confirmation. Standard terms for new customers involve an advance payment with the balance due before dispatch. Repeat customers may be offered credit terms at our discretion.
Standard lead time is communicated with each quote and depends on quantity, complexity, and current production load. Lead times start after order confirmation and receipt of any required artwork or advance.
Delivery within Delhi NCR can be arranged. Outside Delhi, goods are dispatched ex-works through a transporter. Transport costs and risk in transit are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Quality concerns must be raised within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will inspect, and if the issue is verified as a manufacturing defect, we will rework or replace the affected goods. Custom-printed and made-to-order goods are not eligible for return for reasons other than manufacturing defects.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses arising from delays, defects, or any other cause.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
